With over 42 years in the jewellery industry, Howard possesses a keen sense of market demand and a knack for selecting fresh and innovative design concepts. He is the driving force and the key to the company's current success. His passion for distinctive gemstones, unique designs, and creative thinking fuels his optimistic approach, considering every opportunity as a positive sales challenge and a chance for new creations.
Carolyn Graham
Finance Director
Having been married to Howard for over 30 years, she has been working alongside him for more than 20 years. Responsible for maintaining Howard's organisation and managing the company's financial records, she serves as your primary point of contact for any inquiries related to your accounts.
Stephanie Lee
Director & Design & Marketing
Stephanie, with a background in fashion design and buying, spent 9 years in jewellery retail. Since leaving the buying department of River Island in 2007, she has been actively involved in the family business. Her experience in retail has equipped her with knowledge in sales, product development, marketing, and social media. Stephanie's fresh perspective aims to bring a new approach to the business, infused with determination and innovation and now becoming a joint director with Craig she hopes to drive the business to grow and become a forward thinking and innovative company.
Craig Cohen
Director & National Sales Manager
Craig joined Ntinga in 2012, bringing his background in high-end women's retail and financial recruitment. Initially hired to support Howard, his strong sales acumen and amiable personality have since established him as a remarkable salesperson and now a director of the company. With a diploma in diamond grading and ample experience in the field, he has successfully cultivated a loyal customer base, consistently earning positive feedback from everyone he interacts with.

Lisa joined the Ntinga team in 2021. With her 37 years in the jewellery industry for many reputable companies Lisa has become a valued member of the Ntinga team and with her vibrant personality and warm smile she brings a new dynamic to the sales team. Never without her heels Lisa will be happy to show you the full selection of our ranges.
Nicky Lee
Office Administrator
Nicky joined Ntinga in 2013 with a brief break she has been a constant member of the Ntinga team for many years, with her incredible photographic memory and attention to detail she is always on hand to help customers with any enquiries and orders and ensure the smooth running of the office and keeping the team in check especially with her love of spreadsheets.
Hannah Melcer
Office Administrator
Hannah joined our Ntinga team in 2020 having joined just before lockdown and not having the most consistent start she is now the only full time office staff and nothing is too much trouble for her, with a warm smile she is always there to help customers with enquiries and orders. Developing her knowledge of gemstones and jewellery she is on top of quality control and thorough checking of all products and ensures the best finish to all of our jewellery and that all orders are processed to the highest standard.
